Fucked up gyro pods

ok i noticed this a few days ago and it seems like nobody else has so this is the problem. all of my ship work threw dataschmucks gyro pod and recently somthing has been making the gyros not work properly, you can still go forward and backwards etc, but it seems that my ships move much slower and are completly unable to turn. so im asking if someone (preferable Dataschmuck) could look into it for the sake of me and the newbies who keep joining.

If your ship is bigger, then that's going to affect your ability to accelerate, etc. It requires power (AKA Fuel) to use it's full potential in speed

In terms of turning speed, however, just change the Pitch/Yaw/Roll Mults. Nothing is wrong with it, you're just not using it correctly.

iv been playing on the diaspora server for a long time, long enougth to know how to work all of the mods in the server, and all of my ships were working fine until the last server update which i saw round about the 9th 10th or 11th of july
, im just asking someone "check" whatever makes the gyros tick and see if theres anything wrong.

Nothing in the code has been altered for a while, though I suppose an update might have messed with it. I sincerely hope that Garry didn't fuck up the functions again.

ok, im gonna try to make this very clear. this gyro pod shit began right after one of the cache updates the server recieves from time to time. i know that its the developers who are the ones behind these updates. so now im asking who was behind the cache update before the 21st of july.

Bro, you've been told - no one has changed anything in the Gyropod code, therefore there is nothing different in the behaviour of the Gyropods that we're responsible for. Garry may have changed something in an update that has changed the behaviour, however.

Also, I'd like to point out that asking "who did a cache update before the 21st of July" is rather vague, we very nearly have to update the cache every time we change anything - usually clientside lua files, but sometimes we have to do it for serverside ones, too.

So yeah this is turning out to be one of those things I cannot personally reproduce, everyone except me seems to be having problems with mouse aim on the gyro.
