Helghast Ship Fleet

Ok, so I've got alot of ships I have finished and I'm just going to devote an entire topic to it, so here we go.

After a deal with the weapons manufacturer known as "LocTech" went wrong, the Helghan government needed a ship to defend themselves against LoclTech's new ship the Destiny. After taking the blueprints of the Vengeance, a band of scientists worked together to build a ship faster than any ship the Helghast had built yet.

Fitted with a short-range teleport and long-range FTL drive, the ship called "Revolution" made its maiden voyage into space against the ship Destiny, ultimately destroying the enemy ship and AI called "Rose". After salvaging the AI construct, the ship experienced damage from the enemy reactor explosion and came crashing into a nearby planet. Salvage teams rebuilt the ship with even more armor and shielding, and even a new biocite missile system. As of yet, the ship has been into several other skirmishes with a PuffTech cruiser.

Some have speculated that the advanced technology on the Revolution comes from either captured Advocate technology or possible Forerunner tech.
The ship has not yet encountered any Advocate forces, but is fully prepared to fend off any invasion force including the dreaded Beluga or LocTech drone units.

    Rose MK II

After the Revolution destroyed the LocTech Destiny, Rose was captured by Helghan scientists and reprogrammed, having all behavioral and functional restrictions removed.

With her new abilities and emotional capabilities, Rose became resentful of her original creator, LocTech CEO, Loclnt. She first began a peaceful protest against the company, but now aims to annihilate the AI that replaced her at LocTech.

Rose is never to be confused with Melody, and if this happens Rose will become extremely angered to the point of overriding all weapons in the area to attack a target. Her emotional capabilities make her extremely unpredictable and volatile.

    Melody the Matrix

Not to be confused with Rose, Melody is much more complex, and always is attempting to outshine any other AIs in her general area.
Being somewhat sarcastic, and very odd in disposition, Melody's past is a bit of a mystery to most of the Helghan army. All that is known is that Melody originally was inside a time-ship of some kind, but her hull was destroyed, so her consciousness was moved to an android body.

Her old body was a console of some kind, though it is not entirely clear what she was originally built into. Melody doesn't like to discuss LocTech or Rose, as both are enemies to her. The PuffTech AI Epsilon is one of her worst enemies, as she feels it is inferior to her android body and hologram.

She takes a form similair to Rose's hologram just to Rose even more. Melody considers both Rose AIs her enemy, and considers herself above all other AIs, even though Melody has no real designated control over any ships.

    Helghast Defense/Offense Cruiser

Built from the original exploration cruisers the Helghast Corporation colonized Helghan with, these defense cruisers are the backbone of the Helghast Space Fleet (VRF)

With this in mind, the Helghast have their own names for each ship, but all follow the same uniform design and weaponry.
These ships are equipped with cruise-missles, beam lasers, and anti-matter cannons.

No other ships names send fear into an enemy than Leviathen.

During the temporary alliance with LocTech, Leviathen was built to contain LocTech Drones and also to combat them in case of enemy drone usage. Having a large arsenal of weapons, and being powered by a petrucite reactor, this ship is dangerous if encountered and can become very deadly if forced to use its petrucite weapons and FTL drive.

An odd feature for a ship of its size, the Leviathen possesses a short-term cloaking mechanism that allows it to remain hidden from most ships. However, this cloak is rarely used as it drains the ship's power at a ridiculous rate. With the power from its petrucite reactor, Leviathen is one of the most dangerous Helghast ships created yet.

Alright, another cruiser I made in my spare-time, here's the backstory:

After the success of the Revolution, Stahl Arms created a sister ship to the Revolution appropriately named "Rebellion". With the newly reprogrammed Rose onboard, the Rebellion became an extremely dangerous and unpredictable ship against the Advocate forces.

With Helghan's offensive forces now being lead by Rose, the Helghast fleet became a dangerous force in the universe.

As of yet, Rebellion has fought only a few ships, most of which being smaller classed. The ship's weapons include anti-matter cannons and cruise missles.

Apparently the pictures are too big, so there's no pictures for this one.

Ok, another one I've been working on is the Helghast Strike Fighter. It uses and Expression 2 flight system with higher precision than the infamous gyropod. That is the one real defining factor of these things.

Built during the first Extrasolar war, the Helghast Strike Fighters were re-armed with the latest in weapons designed and built by Stahl Arms.
Strike Fighters can be used for many different situations, including invasion, defense, everything you'd need a fighter for.

These small, but agile fighters are hard to hit, quick to fire, and very fast. During tests by Stahl Arms engineers, most larger ship weapons could not target the fighters fast enough. With a barrage of different missles, auto-cannons, lasers, and other weapons, the Strike Fighter is a fearsome foe, proving that size does not matter at all.

Ok, my last ship I'm going to post for a while so I don't flood the forums. If enough people actually pay attention to these things then I might post my remakes of Lamba's hull dump ships. This is another ship built as a dropship for troops and also as one to deploy drones.

Built during the First Extrasolar Wars, these carriers deployed troops and drone units into hostile areas. Capable of short space flight, these ships are mainly used to carry troops from invasion cruisers to the ground. With the Advocate threat becoming a real possibility, Stahl Arms bought up all of the private dropship making companies on Helghan and began production of a new Model: SA135. These fast, hard to hit, and durable carriers form the backbone of Helghan air defense. Now with improved space-flight capabilities, the carriers are now more than just dropships for ground troops.

Most pilots utilize the carrier's small size and high armor rating to plunder and pirate incoming enemy ships or to sabotage enemy strong-points. With all the pilots flying under the Helghan banner, nobody is safe from these carriers and their crews.
