LUA Autoparenter

yo, let's recode the E2 autoparenter into lua

it would be super efficient and fix
The autodownloader refused to give them text files, so thats a no go.

    Fuhrball tried and did a bad job at it, every time I used it the server crashed :P

    Hey! I didn't do a bad job, it worked exactly the same way that the E2 autoparenter worked.

    Though I think E2 has some kind of failsafes in that make it work more efficiently.. No clue what that stuff was, though.
