Englishspeaking rule

Due to new and improved activity a new rule may need to be placed. About speaking mainly in English, American english or English english will do. Saves having to google translate every word and mutter and possible veiled insults.

    Good plan. Although I haven't had anyone speaking foreign languages, I'm likely to yell at them if they do. :D
