Support Energy Suggestion?

I wonder how many weapon spammers will hate me for this... giant balancing is go. Oh and all of this updates based on ship size(Using size made more sense than hp because, well it's storage.) and to a smaller extent mass.

Edit: In order to make use of this functionality, link your core to your LS3/RD3 node system. It will produce sup_energy automatically.

..Can we have an input on the core to disable sup_energy production? Smaller ships and, er, "Newer" player who have not divised a good way of producing resources (Points to Resource manager Chips) will get their resources sucked dry rather fast.

I remember Brandon telling me this was going to happen. As well as all the fusions generating SE as well as PN Reactors. Oh, as well as external storage for SE, so you don't actually have to hook up the core.
