Updating the diaspora dev server?

Would it be possible to update the diaspora dev server so that it can be used sometimes when the main server is too crowded for battles? Here are a few problems I noticed on the dev server and it would be great if they could be fixed:
- Gryopods are missing
- TF2 props are missing
- Ship cores are missing

All of these things should now be on the server (ship cores and gyropods where never missing).

I'm not sure how to go about syncing the Hours database between servers. I know it's a single .DB file, but therein lies the issue, since it would overwrite the hours that people have gotten there already.

It's not as active as the main, but there are a few people who spend all their time there.

When I have more time I can look at placing the hours on an external server and caching the hours on the local.
