  Last I checked, waterized props cannot be moved after applying, and I highly doubt that they dupe. Perhaps someone can test this on a local SB3 session to see if it actually does.

  Done.
  As long as you dont tick "Disable Collisions" its fne
  
  Can be moved with physgun,can be welded and can be duped
  Also no need to worry about water pumps loving it and being able to make infinite energy anywhere via water based system as pumps wont turn on in it.
  
  EDIT:Just tried this with a speeding spaceship crashing into it,with the right settings the spaceship effectively stopped with none of the spazzing about normally associated with stopping fast!
