  this looks really sick and obviously got a lot of devtime but the way ships just kinda slowly teleport forwards block by block kinda annoys me
  
  also the weapon fx are just flying fires
  
  still port diaspora to it anyway
  
  after porting it to metal gear rising engine

  It's hardly slow. It's 10-5 blocks per second depending on lag v:
  
  The weapon fx is nonexisting, it's just ghast pewpew balls put on spaceships.

  I have to wonder why not use actual Forge mods like MetaWorlds so that the ships have full freedom of movement as micro dimensions. All you would need to do is hammer on some logic to give them bounding boxes (by default that mod phases everything) and a few other tweaks.
