Someone Crashing Server

Hi I am new here. been on the 2nd build server for roughly a week, and someone by the name of Mr Dickhead or Dr. Dickhead keeps comming on and spawning props to the point of the server restarting.

Random Question, How does one get respected?

    Or you could get screenshots, steamids, and post in the ban section of the forums.
    Or just get admins on your friendlist (mouldy_taco) and see if they have time to solve the problem.
