Spacebuild not working in singleplayer

I tried to play a spacebuild map by myself and many of the components are missing. Whenever I go into space, there is regular gravity and the air is still working. The CAF menu is also missing from the Q menu. Do I have to enable something to play single player?

    The server might have an addon you forgot to download, and is just there whenever you are on, regardless of clientside installment of said addon or not. Go look through the download list again and make sure you didn't miss anything. it's happened to me before...
