An Enderman Farm?

Since we killed the dragon, I have got a plan for an XP farm to build, based of a design illustrated in a video by Docm77.


What I wanted to know is basically, can I have planning permission to build this (it will be around 250 blocks away from the island, so it won't be too much of an eyesore), and is there anyone with any opposition to the idea?

    But what if someone else wants to fight the dragon?

    Fair point actually, I hadn't thought of that.

    Is there any other way to sort this? Can we have the farm set-up saved as a template once it has been built, so if someone want s to fight the dragon, we can then re-add it after the dragon is defeated?
