[FEATURE] - Added E2 commands Array:hasEntity(), etc, functions. Works for: Entity, Vector, Vector2, Vector4, Normal, Angle.

    [BALANCE] - Modified several of the weapons to use the new Support Energy system. Capital Asgards, Spartan torpedoes, several of the missile pods etc - all now require Support Energy. The amount they use isn't perfect, and if anyone has any suggestions for refining the costs - post in this thread.
