Problems between the Capital and Cruiser beams.

Wasn't exactly sure where to put this.. so I will put it here.
To put it brusquely, the Capital beams spin up faster and overheat dramatically slower than the Cruiser beams. The cruiser beams run for about 20-30 seconds before they overheat and explode, and take 15 seconds to spin up, while the Capital beams take 8 seconds to spin up and fire for about 2 minutes before overheating. This really sucks, because I would really like to put these red beams on my Cruisers (Because lets face it, red laser beams are badass). If one or more of the devs would look into this, it would be greatly appreciated.
