Back when I ran a SB2 server (2010!) I had asked a question on FP about a auto freezing Anti-Lag system, The thread ended up making a nice bit of server side code to do this, I have no idea if this script still works, but its simple enough to edit to the current garrysmod LUA and use it on the servers
