Homing Torpedoes Vector Input not working

I wired up some homing torpedoes to the same working vector input all my other working weapons used, fired them, and they travelled straight from the launcher instead of homing. I made sure the ship was unparented, tried it with different ships, still couldn't get them to home. Any help?

Confirmed, Vector input on them seem broken.

Also, another possible bug. Homing torpedo damage is listed as 5000, but my 50,000 shield ship was hit by one and exploded instantly.
