Prop Spammer on Spacebuild Server 1

Some kid came onto server 1, got bored, and started spamming pods all over the map, which locked up the server. Just another prop spammer, nothing special.

Puff might have banned him, but the server was having a huge lag spike due to all of the huge ships already on, so it was kind of hard to tell.
