Suggestion - Prop spawning/ragdoll spawning

So i was just casually playing the server today comes along two recruits and they opened thy magical q menu and spawned as many props as they could in a short amount of time resulting in a meltdown, of the server
Please put a prop spawning timer on so this doesnt occur again
Also it might be a good idea to look at some of the limits such as:
Ragdoll limit
Rid the parenter tool as it has crashed the servers 3 times within 30 minutes









Possibly bring back rank mod (im gonna die cause i said this)

Fuck spawn timers. That's just fucking gay as ape shit. But yes please do remove ragdolls and parenter tool.

I'm not removing either ragdolls or the parenting tool. The spam timer can be enabled, but admins can ban a spammer long before they pose any threat to the server. I'll put it on one prop every 1/4th a second and if deemed required I'll make that higher.
