[list][*] [BALANCE] - Altered ship cores to account for prop counts. A ship core will only count up to 75 "prop_physics" entities in terms of determining health. Any more will not be counted. This means that if you want more HP, you will have to use larger props, instead of stacking on more entities. NOTE: There is also a maximum volume size for each prop, so stacking on Moons/Skyscrapers will not give you insane amounts of HP.[/*][/list]

[BALANCE] - Beams use 1/3 the support energy
[BALANCE] - Halved max Support Energy production from cores
[BALANCE] - Cores stop Support Energy production when there isn't enough capacitor
[FIX] - Implemented MAC fixes, they now fire correctly.
