connection issues

im not sure if this is the server or my internet but im frequently getting connection error disconnects where it says connction error and has the red timer in the upper corner and im wondering if others are getting them too and how to fix.

It's usually just a server crash, and it will happen if some ones contraption creates a physics explosion, by parenting twice to different props for example, or when there is just too much going on for the server to handle. The only real fix is to not do anything stupid on the server, and hope others follow suite.
